Kendall Wipff was selected by a panel of five judges from a field of fourteen contestants Friday night June 22, 2012 at the 26th. annual Miss Greater Derry Scholarship Pageant to be awarded the title of Miss Greater Derry and the right to represent the Derry area in the 2013 Miss New Hampshire competition which is a preliminary pageant to the Miss America pageant to be held in Atlantic City in September. With the title, Kendall was awarded a $5,500.00 scholarship. Kendall was also voted as Miss Congeniality by the other contestants that night and received an additional $50.00 scholarship. Kendall is a 20 year old sophomore at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH majoring in Communication with a minor in Sociology. She aspires to work in the non-profit sector.

Kendall is an accomplished vocalist. She sang the National Anthem for the iss Greater Derry pageant several years ago and decided to pursue the Miss NH crown. She successfully competed for and won the Miss Auburn crown last year.
Kendall's platform is the “Kind Campaign”, an anti-bullying campaign on the national level. Their mission statement is:
Kind Campaign is an internationally recognized movement, documentary and school program based upon the powerful belief in KINDness, that brings awareness and healing to the negative and lasting effects of girl-against-girl ‘crime." Kendall has established a chapter of Kind Campaign's "Kind Club" at Girls Incorporated in Manchester and is working to brign the documentary Finding Kind to area schools.
